I downloaded a 30 day free trial of Adobe® Acrobat® XI Pro in the belief that I would be
able to fill out a form on line.
The form was sent to me as an e-mail attachment and was in PDF format which I attempted to convert into Word. Now it appears as Word doc with a PDF extension and when
opened, all the text appears as code.
A second e-mail I received also has attachments which appear to be Word docs with PDF extensions and when opened they also appear as code.
This leads me to believe it’s the computer settings that I’ve messed up.
Help!! I would be very grateful if someone could get me back to where I started.
