Hi Bob
The FX3800 was there when I had all the trouble and used their chat services...That is worrying. Are Adobe just going to delete supported hardware if it doesn't work with their latest updates and blame the customers for having the wrong hardware??? Doesn't that contradict the aims of CC in the first place and isn't that faintly unlawful (I.e. shouldn't they put some kind of warning about supported hardware before the updates)?
Can anyone verify if Adobe are simply deleting hardware that can't cope with their new updates please?
Regarding the specific problem; I have found that CUDA will engage if you close and open a couple of times. Apparently it is an issue in the PrCC2014 start up sequence that doesn't register (WHICH ADOBE SHOULD FIX; NOT DELETE THE FX3800 FROM THEIR LIST!)
