I've tried so many times to install Flash Player (the latest version) on a computer but it always stops at around 68% because of "Unable to register ActiveX" . I have seen and done what's written in this help page but doesn't change anything...

The computer runs on Windows 7 Professional 32 bits and the flash player version i tried to install is for Internet Explorer 11. Active X filtering is already desactivated. The keys in the regedit.exe are already existing (like said on help page above).
I've analysed the computer with ESET Endpoint and Malwarebytes. Everything should be clean...
what can i do? Thank you
