Uninstalling the previous version using the Program Features in Windows 7 or the Adobe Shockwave Uninstall Tool STILL does not fully remove the previous version. Only using Windows Installer Cleanup (Retired) or the MS Fixit tool works to fully uninstall the previous version but these cannot be automated as far as I know. I am still getting the error "Not marked for installation" when attempting to install 12.1.15.155 after manually uninistalling or using the Uninstall Tool. Adobe has messed up here big time.
