Hello
Unfortunately I cannot find a backup. I tried to create a new catalog but I get another error saying an "Internal Programming error occurred."
I tried to repair the original catalog but it says there is nothing wrong with it.
I am beginning to think there is a conflict with another program or the problem lies with Windows 8. I don't really have the expertise to deal with that.
However, looking at previous questions I'm not the only one having this problem, so there must be an answer. Is there no way of getting answers directly from Adobe?
