I have been using Photoshop Elements 12, Organizer and Premiere 12 since I bought my current Windows 8.1 computer with the programs in August. The programs seem to function properly except when I try to use Elements Organizer 12, I receive a popup which displays "Elements 12 Organizer has stopped working". I have clicked on the online solution with no response, it simply closes the program. Help....
