Creative Cloud does not detect server after identification succeeds

Hi,

 

I have purchased a subscripotion to Indesign CC, but after Creative Clioud asks me to sign in on my 64-bit Windows 8, it blocks, with a message "unable to access servers". I always get the same message, be it from office or home.

 

My IT department has checked that the router (local and corporate) is not blocking traffic to Adobe servers.

 

Assistance would be highly appreciated.
