Missing camera angle files in already edited multicam sequences

I'm using multicam editing on CC and suddenly one or more of my camera angles has disappeared from my timeline for multiple sequences I've edited in the last week. I was trying to do a final edit on the nested sequences I already cut using multicam and am now seeing blackness in the timeline instead of say red or yellow.
