Can't get onto the licensing site to obtain my serial number, even though I already spent over $1,000 purchasing the Creative Cloud included as part of a school program. Spent an entire summer using the creative cloud and now I have to "log in" with a serial number on my own computer, but oh wait, ADOBE WON'T LET ME OBTAIN A SERIAL NUMBER!!!! Something seems to "go wrong" when I try to get onto the Licensing Site-- one supposedly intended for these sorts of complications. All I get is a page that reads "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site." How does one fix this?
I HAVE A PORTFOLIO TO SUBMIT 1 MONTH FROM NOW. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SODDING JOKE.
