I have seen this issue all over the forums.
Unfortunately, after trying every combination of different troubleshooting efforts, still no luck.
I have tried the following in various different ways:
- unistalling / reinstalling
- signing out and in
- deleting line of 'hosts' file
- These 'Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later' methods —— Although with this, I could not see Step 3>no.2 test successful links.? I don't know whether this is a clue to my problem?
- and other tips and tricks.
I don't quite understand why I have to be doing this in the first place. I would have thought a subscription service be updated efficiently enough to avoid these sorts of issues. This is poor from Adobe, as CC has yet another issue.
