thanks for responding. Yes, that used to be the window that came up when you could go for the create a pdf option in earlier version of Bridge (Bridge CC) but that option doesn't seem to exist in the current version that I am using.  You could just click  up on the top left to get to it. I think you could also create a slide show with this option.
