Re: Horrible Creative Cloud Billing Practices

HI Rajshree - I am also having a problem with Adobe's Creative Cloud billing.  On November 6, 2014, I chatted with  Baneja, an Adobe employee, and requested that my Creative Cloud subscription be downgraded to the Photography plan one day before my full subscription ended.  On November 26, 2014, I received an email from Adobe that confirmed the change had been made, i.e. my membership start date was 26-November-2014, my next billing date was 25-December-2014.  However, on 27-November-2014, I was charged $9.99 for the Photography Plan, and $49.99 for the full subscription.  I requested and received a refund.  On 26-December-2014, I was charged $9.99 for the Photography Plan.  Then, on 27-December 2014 I was again charged $49.99 for the full subscription. I request and received a refund.  Most recently, on 26-January-2014, I was charged $9.99 for the Photography Plan.  Then, on 27-January-2015, I was again charged $49.99 for the full subscription.  In spite of numerous attempts to obtain a refund for this transaction, I still have not received it. Moreover, my repeated attempted to have this problem resolved have gone unanswered. In an attempt to find out if other subscribers have been experiencing the same problem, I came upon this tread.  Can you see to it that I receive my refund, and stop the double billing?
