The 3D features won't work on my photoshop cc, even though my graphics card meets the minimum requirements, what do I do?

I've got an intel R HD graphics card with 2044 mb of vram, but that doesn't stop photoshop from insisting I check that it's a good enough graphics driver, I've checked everything but the driver seems to be up-to-date and working fine. No matter what I do it won't let me use the 3D features.
