Hi there, usually I transfer books without issue from Toronto Public Libraries, using Adobe Digital Editions. My latest book won't transfer. It shows on my ereader but when I try to open it it says: "Oops! This document couldn't be opened. This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again.", I've never had this issue before. I tried to re-download it and re-transfer it a few times, without success.
