Hi all, this has never happened before. I've just opened up Audition CS6 to find that it has completely reset itself. I've lost all my keyboard shortcuts, hot keys and macros. To say that I'm pissed off is an understatement as I had complicated production effects assigned to hotkeys.
Why would this happen? I take it there's nothing I can do?
