I now have the opposite problem. Acrobat is installed and runs fine, but the Creative Cloud installer says it isn't installed. I'm not clicking that install button because Adobe's only workaround is to uninstall and then reinstall gigabytes worth of apps. Seriously, Adobe, your Creative Cloud implementation just sucks the big hind one. If I invoke the check for updates from within Acrobat, it says that the software is up to date. I hope that Adobe can address these installer issues in the future without resorting to the horrible horrible Windows-like uninstall reinstall routine that they have fallen back on. Sorry I got nothin' else for you, Mindy. At least the long way around got it to work again.
