yeah, like peru says gonna have to do it manually. you can use keyboard shortcuts to make the process faster. using the "Add Edit" and "Ripple trim previous edit to playhead" shortuts might be all you need. place playhead where you want the next clip to start, press the shortcut key, and it will remove all content before that up to the playhead. scrub after the rebound to where you want that clip to end and use the Add Edit keyboard shortcut to make a cut. repeat with those until done. you can re-assign the "Add Edit" keyboard shortcut to something like S for split, if you want, to make it easier.
