I have tried serveral times to download an online purchase of Adobe Creative Suites 6 after getting e-mail notification of the serial number for the product

I have tried several times to download Creative Suites 6 without success after getting e-mail notification of the serial number.  I went through  the download process by I cannot find the files on my computer and the installer app. does not download
