Re: Rendering and video screen above timeline?

Problem still remains and with other problems.  First of all I'm so sorry

that we have to go through this.  This is a brand-new computer and a

brand-new Adobe premier elements 13 install.

This is what's going on.  Earlier today I deleted OldFilm file because I

had no alternative but to do so.  After that I emailed you and told you

everything was fine.  As soon as I sent the email to you the Adobe premier

elements 13 program started to get corrupted in other parts of the *effects

section* of the program.  I got fed up and went out and got a brand-new

Adobe premier elements 13 with Photoshop.  This is the same exact program

that am replacing.

When I got back from Staples with the new Adobe premier elements 13 and

Photoshop, I completely uninstalled Adobe premier elements 13 and Photoshop

from my computer.  I then proceeded to install the new Adobe premier

elements 13.

It installed properly but when I double-click on the premier elements icon

on my desktop to launch it the same error message popped up.

This is the error message that popped up "*There is no disk in the hard

drive.  Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2*."

Since I uninstalled the first program from my computer.  There must be

something hidden within my hard drive.  Whatever was hidden in my hard

drive was introduced back when I installed your new program.

Also, I noticed after the installation of the new Adobe premier elements

13, two of my old programs that I was working on from the previous deleted

program are now in the newly installed Adobe premier elements  "Open Recent

Projects" under my file tab upper left-hand corner.  How did they get there

if I uninstalled the program that they were in.  It can only be that they

were saved somewhere else in my hard drive.

This is how I uninstalled.

1.  Clicked on the start button.

2.  Click on Control Panel.

3.  Clicked on programs and features.

4.  Scroll down to Adobe premier elements 13 highlighted and clicked

uninstall.

5.  Scroll down to Adobe Photoshop elements 13 highlighted and clicked

uninstalled.

6.  Closed everything out and re-booted computer.

7.  Started to new install for Adobe premier elements 13.

8..  I did not install Adobe Photoshop because I didn't get that far yet.

Thank you,
