the link jeff placed is to an older version, if you want the current its the one i linked earlier.
in picture one, that list you show is still a list of presets. you have to create your own preset for it to be available on that list. the plus sign on the top right will allow you to create a new one. then you have the options jeff shows in his post. if you check the boxes shown in picture 2 of your post, it will use the settings it detects from your source videos. so with those boxes checked you shouldn't have to configure everything, just the codecs.
