I just switched to Lightroom after using Apple's Aperture for years. The switch was reluctant but necessary after purchasing the new Canon 7d Mark ii. Aperture is discontinued, and would not support the 7d's RAW files. After a month of fiddling with Lightroom I think I can officially say: I HATE IT. I don't think I will ever get the hang of it. Nothing seems intuitive or logical. My workflow is at a snails pace, whereas I can practically edit in my sleep with Aperture. So disappointed.
