Re: My creative cloud isn't working. I've tried re-installing it, deleting the file that Adobe said I should delete and I tried all the other steps and it's still not working. Please help.

Did you run the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling?

 

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
