I don't believe that there are any Scratch Disks in Adobe Audition. I looked near General, but there's nothing there. There's "Media and Disk Cache" but I'm pretty sure that none of those options change the location of the conformed files location (they change the location of the temporary files and media caches, and I'm pretty sure that's all).
