Hi, I've bought Photoshop CS6 Student on March 2nd and I loved it, until I realized that the Adobe payment process happened twice, the first one is pending while the second one was completed.
The situation:
I was filling out the payment process window and when I checked the Paypal option, it opened a window. I thought that they wanted me to pay first. And so I did. After the "charge" was complete, the window automatically closed. I wasn't sure if the payment went through or not, so I waited for about 5-6 minutes on the Paypal Main Activity page to see if it went through or not. I did not see it so I refilled the form again. The time of this pending transaction was 20:26:36 PST on March 2nd.
So the second time, I filled out the form, I ignored the Paypal window that popped up and closed it. I finished filling it out and then clicked on the button at the end of the form, which proceeded with moving me to another page and having me refill the Paypal information again. This was the successful charge, which was made on March 2nd, 20:33:01 PST.
I was messing around with Photoshop for an hour or two. Afterwards, I checked my Paypal, and that was when I found two separate charges by Adobe, The first one was pending, and the second one was completed. Suddenly, the excitement of playing with Photoshop disappeared and I was overcome with stress.
---
I've contacted the Adobe Customer Support, I told the agent about the situation, but he told me he can do nothing about it and told me to talk to Paypal. He said it was charged once, which is true, but I did mention that the transaction was pending. The agent still redirected me toPaypal Customer Support.
I proceeded with talking to Paypal Customer Support but they told me that they cannot do anything about pending charges, and redirected me back to the Adobe Customer Support since it is something I have to work out with the seller.
I came back to Adobe Customer Support, and I told another agent of the current situation, and he told me to contact my bank.
I contacted my bank, and they were less than helpful to me.

Ultimately, with nowhere else to go, I ended up posting here in hopes that I can appeal to an Adobe Forum Staff, since all of the Customer Support Agents have been sending me on a wild goose chase for a cancellation/refund of the pending transaction.
Please please please, I really hope that no one here will mention that I should go back to the Adobe Customer Support and work things out.
I've tried that, twice. I know that the forum is comprised of mostly just members, but I am hoping to get the attention of someone else who can be more helpful in my situation.
I really just want to get my cancellation on the pending transaction and I'm hoping that the community here can let one of the Adobe Forum Staff know.
The anxiety and stress of whether that pending transaction becomes a "completed" charge is really affecting me.
It took me a long time to be able to save up to afford one Photoshop CS6 Student, and I honestly cannot afford to get charged twice for one program on a strained student budget (it was why I went for the Student Edition too..).
Thank you for reading this huge wall of text. I hope something can be done about this
