I replied to your direct message 3 days ago so I am not sure why it did not get to you.
However, I have sent an email to dirgregor@adobe.comand I am hoping I can get a refund for services never received, and to cancel my subscription with Adobe. Otherwise, I will be exhausted month to month disputing Adobe debited payments.
I just got a hard bounce saying the email you provided me does not exist.
