(By the way" Adobe Acrobat Reader XI Pro" does not exist. There is Acrobat XI and there is Adobe Reader XI.)
Adobe Reader is a PDF viewer only and cannot do any of what you describe.
Using Acrobat XI Pro you'll be able to accomplish the core of what you want/need.
