I don't really know what any of this means, but from what you are saying, it would seem like some websites would be able to use the flash player while others wouldn't. I don't know exactly which sites require flash but basically the only websites with images and interactive media that I have been to all tell me to download the flash player. Youtube works but I believe it is entirely HTML5, with not flash support required.
