installing Flash Player 16 impossible

Hello,

Macintosh OSX 10.9.5, Safari 7.1.2, Flash 15.0.0.239.

I cannot install version 16. After downloading, clicking on "Install Adobe Flash Player" and writing my OS password, a little black windows opened, with this text "Récupération du programme d'installation 0%", and nothing else appears.

What is wrong ?
