I have not "opened a case." I will give it a go.
New or old, the issues remain. I wasn't aware there was a new release. I will give it a go and see what happens.
Fortunately I haven't had too many projects that were time sensitive. I'd be happy just to get Premiere working as smoothly as I have been used to in the past.
Also, the "fix" is setting my desktop to a lower resolution. I have a 4K monitor but my PC specs are definitely up to par in terms of hardware requirements and so I know that's not the issue.
