Re: how can i get some help to cancel my single app month to month and/or upgrade to full creative cloud membership? please don't tell me to follow the guidelines because i've tried several times but the options to 'switch plan' or cancel plan' are not av

dear Jeff A Wright, thank you however contacting customer care only ever brings me back to the forum, chat never works and the phone line only ever puts me on hold forever. this is the 3rd time i have asked this now on the forum and i don't yet have solution.

 

i have tried on different devices and browsers, the result is the same.

 

i have a another monthly payment due in 2 days for a product which no longer serves my requirements and i have every right to cancel but cannot, why do i feel like i am being scammed?
