The fact that the top key shows as 'UNKNOWN' indicates that there is another, fundamental problem in your Windows registry.
My first suggestion is to download and run the cleaner tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, then download & run the latest installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
