Can I still download Photoshop CC ?

I have CC and CC(2014 2.2) installed on my MAC OS10.9.5 and they both used to work.  CC (2014 2.2) still works.   But when I launch CC I get  "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a ProgramError".

I have both coexisting and running on Windows 7. 

Can I get a fresh copy of CC from Adobe or only CC(2014) ?

I assume the error means I need to re-install CC.  Or is it fixable.
