Here's what my screen looks like, and yet each time I click play, there is no sound. I tried inserting an mp3 file, a wav file, and even an mp4, and still, there is no sound. With the mp4, the movie was clearly playing, minus the sound. I've tried everything I can thing of, and nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do?
