Soon as I click on one to drag they all become un-highlighted.
To drag images into a collection-
With multiple images selected- you must drag with the mouse pointer starting exactly on one the thumbnail IMAGES.
If you drag from an image BORDER/FRAME you are in fact first clicking on the FRAME which de-selects all other images as you have experienced.
