BC Status page has been around for a long time now (years) and the blog has always been the source of information for everything BC. You do get an automated response about tickets, I do.
Like I said, the support should be back up and running from that date, but it was the weekend and like I said - Think of the back log they need to catch up with, yep it is not good getting a reply but I think your putting a lot of unrealistic expectations as well.
