The only reason why you are getting that error message is because you are trying to use a serial number that is specifically designed for Windows on a MAC machine. Did you purchase multi-platform serial number?
I tried checking your account and was only able to find the serial numbers for Windows and nothing for a MAC. Please contact support if you wish to convert the Windows serial number to a Mac Serial number.
