I am updating a rather simple 6 page PDF form that I created last year ( using Pro X on Windows 7 PC ) and have encountered a problem that is new to me. I am updating some of the text and have tried to use the Content "Edit Text & Images" as well as "Add text" options. The changes look fine on my computer but when I email a copy to someone else ( tried two different people using different computers ) none of the changes appear. I also tried to use a form text field to overlay the text that needs to be revised, same result. I have done edits on the form in both X and XI and get the same result. I have tried SAVE AS as well as SAVE AS Other PDF options with the same result. Any thoughts on why the changes only appear on a computer with the original file?
