I have been using adobe elements to create movies of volleyball matches until today...it installed an upgrade and now I am getting this error: you do not have permission to create or delete the output file

I do have permissions on all the folders, but it is still giving me the error message and it wont' save the file anywhere.  I tried one of the other files I created earlier, and it works fine.  Any thoughts?
