If that is an i5-2410M processor with only 2 cores, only 4 GB of RAM and no nViudia graphics card. I would guess you are fortunate to do it in that time. Now I have a husky PC laptop with a quad core i7, 24 GB of RAM, nVidia GTX 765 and two SSD drives. To export our PC oriented PPBM8 AVCHD 1920 x 1080 benchmark timeline to MPEG2-DVD which is 157 seconds long without the GPU takes ~786 seconds (about 5 times realtime) but with an nVidia GTX 765M GPU and hardware acceleration this same timeline is exported in 57 seconds it is approximately 1/3 realtime. Now this timeline is exaggerated with more than normal MPE effects and features for benchmarking purposes but you can see the results
