I purchase Acrobat XI pro for download from Amazon. It downloads without error, accepts the serial number I enter, copies the files successfully, and nearly completes the installation (8 seconds remaining), and then rolls back with the message, "Installation interrupted." No other processes or programs were running on the machine. I tried downloading again, and rebooting the machine, with the same results. I'm running windows 8.1 on a new Dell XPS 15. Any ideas on what I should do to complete the installation?
