How many CPU cores do you have? We recently discovered an issue where systems with more than 32 cores can cause this issue. The way to test if this is your issue is to lower the number of CPUs your system will use.
1. Open msconfig and click on the Boot tab
2. Click the Advanced button
3. Set the number of CPUs to a lower number - I would suggest 24 as a starting value
4. Click Ok and Apply your changes
5. Reboot your system and try the export again
If the issue goes away then that is the solution to the issue. We are investing things on our end and hope to have it resolved in a future version.
