hi Ake,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm not sure if the following is the case but it sounds like:
- You cancelled your Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC subscription - if this was a annual contract with monthly payments, you'd likely be charged 50% of the remaining fee due for the rest of the year.
- You then moved to Creative Cloud Student Teacher edition, so that could explain the second invoice.
As I don't work for Adobe, I can't be sure that is the case naturally. But I've not been able to find any information about an "upgrade" path from a full-paying Photoshop Lightroom CC subscription to a Creative Cloud Student/Teacher account.
The following page:
Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud
At the bottom there is a blue button 'Still Needs Help, Contact us' . When you click that you should see:
IF you only see the 'Forums' listed, than ensure first that you have logged in with your Adobe ID & Password.
You can then click on Chat to use the chat, I generally prefer this as writing things can be much clearer and easier to understand. Alternatively you can click on the Phone link and call support direct.
I hope you'll be able to resolve what is going on quickly.
