I could be wrong but from memory I don't think loops were supported in CS5 when I wrote ses2sesx so that functionality probably didn't get the attention it required
However, a short term fix is to select all the clips that should be lopped and right mouse click and select ‘Loop’. This should get the results you need.
The reason there is no audio is that for some reason as part of the loop conversion each clip’s volume envelope is set to an in audible level
While these can be set manually by dragging the envelope line to 0db that really would be a PITA
