Error7103, you've greatly expanded my knowledge of FM and how it displays content. I wouldn't expect FM to make any settings upon install, for the reasons you mention. Just wish things were a bit more "automagical" as they are with other applications. (E.g. I've got dual monitors - what happens if I drag this window to the other monitor, which is a different size?)
Arnis, Yes, changing the zoom level did display the graphics. It's no surprise that you could not duplicate the issue - only certain graphics, seemingly willy-nilly, had the problem. A very weird thing, especially since some of the problem graphics use the same "base" screen capture and are nearly identical. One would display and another would not -- you are probably right, it was some odd combination coming into play.
Changing my monitor size in FM's Preferences dialog box fixed the problem, though. Again, thanks to you both.
