You didn't buyanything. You probably signed up to the Photography Plan subscription and paid for the first month subscription. That comes with a one-year commitment to rent Photoshop on a monthly basis. If you don't honor that commitment they will probably impose and collect a penalty from you.
The moment you stop the payment, your software will cease to work.
