ご回答お寄せいただいてありがとうございます。ご連絡を頂く前に急ぎ対応が必要だったのでMacを消去インストールしてからIllustratorなどCCのアプリを再インストールしてなんと か順調に動いています。 CC Cleaner Toolのことは調べても出てこなかったので助かります。今後動かないということがないといいと思うのですが、もしまたあれば教えていただいたツールを使ってやってみようと思います。
